Natascha Libbert (1973) lives and works in Amsterdam, Holland. After working for several years as an account manager at ad agency (FHV/BBDO), she decided to become a part-time flight attendant in order to go back to school and did this from 2002-2012. She studied photography at the Royal Academy of Arts (KABK) and graduated there in June 2009. In 2014, having worked at several communications departments at KLM, she became a fulltime freelance photographer after all.

I combine my work between research based or site specific personal projects, and assignment work. Sometimes one leads to another.

Currently I am working on a commission for the Province of Northern Holland which deals with the sea locks (sluizen) at IJmuiden. I will conclude my navigation through the landscape of shipping with a publication in the beginning of 2017. Previous commissions are for the ING Art Collection and the Cultural Heritage Agency of the Netherlands (Rijksdienst voor Cultureel Erfgoed).

A selection of the companies that I work for regularly on assignment are Airfrance KLM, Airfrance KLM Martinair Cargo and design agency Beautiful Minds.

If you have any questions about my work, methods or availability, please don't hesitate to contact me or refer to CV/Publications. / +31 6 4149 5801
